For safety, supervision of numbers and to comply with the Children's Act 2004, all children must book a place if they wish to attend an activity.
A booking form must be completed with the child's details, emergency contact numbers and any medical information.
A booking form is available to print, and when completed, to be sent along with any payment to the relevant address for that particular activity.
If you do not have a printer then you can contact CDW direct to make a booking for an activity.
Please Note:
If you are not an RAF Linton on Ouse pass holder you are required to bring with you a Photo ID to gain access to the base. This can be either a Passport or Photo Driving Licence.
